Greetings from Bahia de Las Aguilas (again!)

That's right, we are still here and still waiting on boat parts. No surprise though because as we mentioned last time, the mail only gets delivered once weekly. Next scheduled mail arrival is Monday, March 7. Keep your fingers crossed for us that our package makes that delivery. As of now, we know the parts arrived in Miami and were transported to the airport warehouse to be loaded for air delivery to the DR. The status update states "en ruta para entrega" (in route to delivery). Does that mean they made it on an airplane to the DR?! We hope so!

All else is good here. We have been playing on the beach and in the water. Plus, we're getting super creative with what food we have on the boat. We were absolutely craving a pizza, so we made homemade pizza dough from scratch with dried basil and garlic, homemade pizza sauce from canned tomatoes with added dried oregano, dried basil, garlic, onion powder, and we found a stash of string cheese in the bottom of the fridge from when we left Texas 9.5 months ago... so we shredded that up for the topping. Honestly, we're either super deprived at this point or it was actually one of the better pizzas we've had! Keith has started making his own ice cream from dehydrated milk, gelatin, and vanilla extract. It's not the full fat creamy Haagen-Dazs stuff, but hey, it sure hits the spot.

Not much else to report here. Though we have had time to upload another video.
